Synerlink S.A., a supplier of packaging technology for the food industry and fresh dairy products, one of the packaging divisions of the US group Barry-Wehmiller, has announced on 24th November 2016 its acquisition of Sogameca, a manufacturer of precision machines and cutting tool technology based in Le Mans, France.
